Inventory Associate

Job Location: Davie, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Support

• Partner closely with the Director of Operations and North District Inventory/Lab Specialist to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Work with team members to maintain alignment on inventory priorities and timelines.

Inventory Management

• Manage shipping, receiving, and organization of team inventory to support efficient bin packing and movement.

• Create, submit, and track inventory requests.

• Monitor and maintain par levels on shelves, proactively preventing inventory loss.

• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Process team inventory returns and reconcile as directed.

Product & Tray Oversight

• Track and manage shared trays and products in Redspot.

• Inspect shared inventory and instruments; order replacements when needed.

• Collect and reallocate expiring inventory to ensure timely use.

Field & Lab Support

• Assist with product delivery to facilities for add-on surgery cases.

• Safely handle and process lab specimens and human tissue.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

• Flexibility to support inventory needs outside of standard business hours, if required.
